Our main focus is neighborhood and community shopping centers, medical properties, office/flex properties, and industrial buildings.
As value-added investors, we purchase properties which have substantial vacancies and may be REO from institutions. We purchase both defaulted mortgage notes on properties which interest us and properties with environmental issues.
Location
East Coast and Midwest in prosperous areas with limited new competition. Trade Areas of at least 75,000 people. We very much like urban properties and active suburban properties.
Size
From 75,000 square feet up to 400,000 square feet.
We are well capitalized, all cash buyers, can offer a quick
due diligence and a quick close. We are also willing to
assume existing debt.
